1. How To Book?

Booking the dream vacation package with We Travel Together couldn’t be easier! Simply go to our “Book Now” page and choose from the range of dates available on the calendar and the method of payment.

Immediately afterwards, you will be directed to our registration page to add your personal data and payment details so that we can finalize the reserve of your working holiday!

2. CAN I TRAVEL ALONE OR WITH FRIENDS?

Absolutely! Most of our guests travel alone, and it’s a fantastic way to meet new friends! But whether you come alone or in company we assure you that it will be an unforgettable experience!

3. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?

Once the booking process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Shortly before arrival at your destination, you will also receive a reminder including explanations for arriving at your destination. In addition, from your We Travel Together account you can further customize your business holiday package and provide us with any changes in preferences about your stay with us, including: roommates, flight information, transfers and insurance.

4. CAN I STAY LONGER THAN 10 DAYS?

Yes, of course! Your Group Leader can organize the extension of your stay with We Travel Together.

5. IS WORK GUARANTEED?

Work in and of itself cannot be guaranteed. As part of the working holiday package, our clients will have guaranteed job interviews. Knowing how to assert yourself during an interview and then being hired is up to you and your skills!

6. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?

Everything will be organized with We Travel Together from the moment you get off the plane. Your transfers will be organized through our business partner and can only be booked through your account page.

Our expert representatives will be there to meet you and talk about everything in the organized welcome meeting, to discuss any questions and programs of the first week.

7. HOW CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING?

We are happy to answer any question directly. Follow the steps on our “Contact” page and we will contact you as soon as possible!

8. WHICH PAYMENT SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

All aspects of the safety of our customers are of fundamental importance for everyone in We Travel Together. Through every detail of our process we have taken care to protect the personal information provided.

Payments are processed through a gateway provided by Paypal (www.paypal.com) and independently verified by Visa and all the other main banks to give you complete peace of mind.
